Reebok: Redefining the Classic

When Reebok prepared its seasonal product launches, the brand faced a familiar challenge in modern e-commerce: producing high volumes of PDP (Product Detail Page) imagery quickly, consistently, and cost-effectively. With hundreds of products requiring multiple images per SKU, production timelines began to tighten and the content pipeline risked slowing down key launches.

FREE GAME stepped in to redesign the production workflow.

Our partnership with Reebok began in September 2025, and since then Reebok EU has remained a proud member of the Free Game family.

Instead of treating every product shoot as a standalone project, FREE GAME built a streamlined production system tailored for high-volume PDP photography. By creating fixed lighting setups, repeatable camera positions, and a structured shoot flow, the team significantly increased production speed while maintaining consistent visual quality across footwear and apparel.

Footwear was captured using a standardized set of 7–8 PDP angles, while apparel production was divided into three scalable formats: flat lay, mannequin, and model shots. This flexible structure allowed Reebok to prioritize budget where needed while maintaining a premium presentation across the catalogue.

The optimized workflow reduced studio downtime, improved product changeover speed, and simplified asset delivery—allowing Reebok to quickly clear its PDP backlog and bring its product launch schedule back on track.

Beyond improving efficiency, the new system also reduced overall production costs, helping the brand produce high-quality e-commerce content at scale without compromising on visual standards.

By combining creative direction with operational efficiency, FREE GAME helped Reebok stabilize its PDP production pipeline and ensure that new collections could launch on schedule.
